There's a reason the movie's called The Suicide Squad and not Suicide Squad 2. Less of a sequel and more of a desperately needed do-over, this scabrous, side-splitting and surprisingly smart supervillain romp is the definite article. In theaters and streaming already ,The Suicide Squad 2021 springs from the twisted taste of James Gunn. His GoG movies injected weirdo sci-fi and a hefty dose of humor into the Marvel Cinematic Universe, but when Old social media quoted got him into hot water at Marvel, rival comic conglomerate DC snapped him up to revitalize another oddball ensemble: the neon-drenched, face-tattooed Suicide Squad movie misfire.   This Squad of beta maximum hot blood killers fit James Gunn better than the MCU's Guardians. Freed of Marvel's family-friendly fetters, the man who began his career at B-movie trash palace Troma has found the perfect home for his gloriously bad-taste blend of gore and classic rock; '80s ...

The long wait for the next Marvel film is finally over! On July 9, “Black Widow” arrived in theaters and is streaming on Disney+ for Premier Access. Fans worldwide have been eagerly anticipating a Black Widow solo movie for eleven years since her debut in “Iron Man 2.” It’s a worthy addition to the Marvel Cinematic Universe, except the new characters introduced in the film soak up most of the spotlight. Unfortunately, this leaves Natasha Romanoff relegated to the role of a side character in a movie where she owns the title. “Black Widow” suffered another stroke of bad luck when the COVID-19 pandemic affected the world and stretched the wait time even further by adding another year. Ultimately, the film’s delay changed Marvel Studios’ future film slate, removing the title as the beginning of Phase Four for the MCU.  Now that “Black Widow” is here, how does it stack up to the other Marvel movies, and is it the send-off Natasha Romanoff deserves? Let’s find out as we break...

Not 20 minutes into  Fast & Furious 9 , when Dom and Co are driving over a minefield trying to outrace the explosions, you'll realise that, yes, this is exactly what we've been waiting for. Tenet  and  Wonder Woman 1984 might  have brought tasty nuggets of blockbuster-sized action in late 2020, but this year has been completely devoid of any such moments to date. The Conjuring : The devil Made me do it and  A Quiet Place Part II  were both great, but they didn't have a car hovering precariously over a landmine. The thing about this movie is just the same story as the other movies in the franchise same layout of story and same emotions nothing new . But who cares about story when your getting nonstop action piece to piece plus I mean we seeing cars flying to space and Dom and Co playing with magnets  The truth of the fact is F9 doesn't bring anything new with it's story telling but makes sure the audience doesn't worry about with all the stunts and ...

#TheConjuringTheDevilMadeMeDoIt is an excellent horror picture in every way. It maintains the franchise's essence while departing from some of its demonic traditions.  To begin, Patrick Wilson and Vera Farmiga, who play Ed and Lorraine Warren, continue to give outstanding performances. They've been playing these characters for years and have maintained a similar tone in their performances, delving deeper into their personas with each picture. It's also enjoyable to see a scary film with a strong performance. The rest of the cast’s performances almost match the leads but don’t quite reach the same heights. Ruairi O’Connor plays Arnie, who is put on trial for murder while being possessed. He does a great job, specifically in switching between the possessed and normal versions of himself. This picture does a surprisingly decent job of breaking the formula while remaining true to the franchise in terms of plot. The biggest difference from prior mainstream films is t...

I was divided between excitement and terror for the whole run of Disney's #Cruella de Vil. Rarely has a film vivisected me as much as this one about a villain most known for wanting to skin puppies for a coat. Only Cruella isn't truly about that character. It has nothing to do with her battles with the fur business or PETA. It's not about a bunch of Dalmatian dogs trying to get away from her furrier urges. It's a colorful and pulpy story about a lady with severe narcissistic tendencies who seeks vengeance on a killer while also becoming a fashion sensation in London. I apologize if you ever thought, "I could never have anything except campy adoration for Disney's puppy murderer," but this lady is a pleasure. This is more Wicked than Joker in the sense that it reimagines a well-known villain as a misguided hero who has been tarnished by the media. However, I'm not sure why it's called Cruella de Vil rather than an original fi...

It's been nearly a week since the release of Zack Snyder's Justice League. Although the movie has been widely received by many this week, Warnermedia chief Ann Sarnoff announced that the Snyderverse won't be continued and there will be no sequels to the Snyder cut. While fans have decided to use the old ways of hashtags, it might fall on deaf ears this time. So, what is Warner planning for the DCEU?  There is a whole lot of things lined up already - The Suicide Squad being one of those individually slated films and the Shazam sequel, with a reboot of The Batman starring Rob Pattinson (Twillight) and DC has a lot of characters in its rosters which means a lot can still happen but here are the movies we know are currently in the works or are set to be released. The Suicide Squad :  August 6th 2021 DC decided to get another Marvel director James Gunn (Guardians of the Galaxy), Margot Robbie, Viola Davis and Joel Kinnaman all reprise their roles from the...

Ughhh, we don't like this too!😪 It's like waiting for a glass of wine and just when you thought you had it, it's broken. Still due to the pandemic, theatrical productions are "stillllll" unstable and release dates keep being pushed back! Black Widow: Slated for May 7th has now been moved to July 9th. We're really looking forward to this and hope Walt Disney and Marvel stick to this new date.   Free Guy: Originally slated for May 21st, now rescheduled to August 13th. With stress from school and everything right now. We can all use a comedy film. TSG and 21 Laps Entertainment seem to be very sure of this date, we hope there's no shift again.

Zack Snyder's Justice League Starring : Calvin Harris , Ben Affleck ,Gal Gadot ,Ray Fisher ,Jason Mamoa ,Ezra Miller ,Ciran Hinds  Run time : 242 mins About 3 years ago, a box office bomb was released in cinemas; it's name was The Justice League. Originally an envisionment of Zack Snyder, some bad administration work caused Warner Bros a lot of money incase you didn't know Justice League is the highest budgeted movie of all time. So, it  didn't go down well with the studio that its biggest movie didn't go so big.  The Snyder Cut as it is called was allowed for a redemption for the Studio and Film itself. Hence, changes to the Theatrical cut or is itjust the same blank movie that it was? Let's find out! The Movie starts with a flashback to the events that took place in Batman vs Superman in which he dies at the hands of doomsday.  This version centers it's story more on hope, the world has lost its greatest protector and is open to the...

Anyone who knows me well knows that I am a diehard DC fan, a grand supporter but for the past 6 years I have had to cover my face in shame because the cinematic universe of Marvel is way better and ahead, in the year 2017 where I suffered a huge blow from the Justice league. From that day I lost hope in the DCEU (cinematic universe) and  completely switched to Marvel. For those asking why there are two justice league movies which are similar in a way I will explain what the Snyder Cut is. Zack Snyder was the original director of the Justice League movie, he did Batman vs Superman and the Man of steel, he is also known for his work on  300: Rise of an Empire. He had an original vision for the justice league movie to cap his grand move on his DCEU movie line up but sadly his Daughter committed suicide, he left the film to focus on his family and all. Warner Bros appointed Joss Whedon (director of the avenger movies ) to quote " complete the film". But old Joss didn't comple...

I am a Revolutionarie . The sweet words that come out the mouth of Daniel Kaluuya and a bold movie to which it comes from .  Judas and the Black Messiah takes on the story of the assassination of Black panther party leader Fred Hampton ( Daniel Kaluuya) and also the infiltration of Bill O'Neal into the party . Although it's a historical drama , the movie tells a story of what is happening today in the world . Uprisings and revolutions with racist and discriminatory actions .it shows us that words can do lot more than actions , as we see in the movie the role of words and speeches . Daniel Kaluuya taking on Fred Hamptons speeches is glory show and makes you want to follow him to do what he says .The whole point of the movie was to show the so called messaic side of Fred Hampton and not the terrorist or tyranny side the FBI made up or said .we also see the betrayal of Fred Hampton by Bill O'Neal the movies proclaimed Judas ,much in a metaphorical way the movie shows that Bi...

Ever seen a movie that had you coming back for some scenes? This is one! Malcolm and Marie- directed by Sam Levison (A white Movie director and also director of Euphoria)... We had to explain who the director is so you get full understanding of this review.  Five minutes into the movie, I'm like "Mann! Who is this guy?!" I felt he was too dramatic for a guy, obnoxiously extolling the delights of premiering his first film as a writer and director. In actuals, the director ( John David Washington) could relate to the character ( Malcolm) as he is actually a director in this film. We see that he feels the emotions being a "black movie director" and acting as one, this is a chance to express what he really feels...hence his drama.  Sam Levison, a white director who isn't fully subject to all the hate and criticisms from white racist film critics doesn't feel this pressure and just wants to pass his message... using a race that feels it bad!😑  Personally, w...

Superbowl LV was lit and as expected footages from new movies were shown and one of them was our most anticipated movie of the year so check it out.. Fast 9

"ITS THE LITTLE THINGS JIMMY, ITS THE LITTLE THINGS THAT RIP US APART, ITS THE LITTLE THINGS THAT GET US CAUGHT. True words from the mouth of DW( Denzel Washington)  I had been hyped to see this movie since I saw both Denzel Washington and Jared Leto cast in it but I was also hyped to see the story layout of a crime thriller. So did The Little Things disappoint?.. here is our review of it. The Little things tells a story of a cat and mouse game which ends in webs of guilt, obsession and trauma exploits. The movie sees John Deacon ( Denzel Washington) a County sheriff who is suffering from a haunted trauma and personal issues teams up with a Detective Jimmy Baxter to solve a string of mysterious serial killings. They then set their sights on a creepy cunning man in Alberta Sparma who fits as their top suspect we later find out he is just a creepy crime bluff who testifies to crimes he never actually commits and he then messes with Detective Baxter's head which ends up in his u...

As promised in the list before, the Part II of our anticipated movies is finally here. Apologies if this feels a little delayed.😀 Fast and Furious 9 Yep! the high octane, fast driving movie series is back with another explosive movie that fans are going to love. In the movie, we get some details into The Toretto family as a whole and more of Dom's history. Also, as we've seen from the trailers he has a brother Jakob Toretto ( John Cena ).   Yes!   John Cena  will play Dom's villainous brother in the film and will be teaming up with Cipher   ( Charlize  Theron)  . So there is a lot to look forward to in this movie and not just the action scenes but the beautiful family themed plot we all love in the fast and furious series.   Cast : Vin Diesel,                Michelle  Rodriguez,       John Cena,            Charlize Theron Release Date : May 28 2021 Dire...
